CMJ Solutions was built from the ground up, crafted around the skills of labor and diligence—twenty years of hard work since he was a child. It was 1999 when that hard work manifested into a passion for diligence and a good work ethic. Chris Ragland, the sole heir to Shirley Rogers and Charles Ragland—striving to succeed and excel—was instilled throughout his younger days. 

Inevitably fueling the creation of CMJ Solutions, which started in Raleigh, N.C., on Lake Boone Trail. The idea behind CMJ was to create an experience of precision and quality that was accessible to others. Exquisite results with an economical price, which is where the CMJ acronym is rooted in. “Crown My Journey”,  CMJ Solutions is the solution to all your residential/commercial needs. 2025 marked our 20th anniversary, and within these years we have achieved many milestones including: construction/commercial cleaning services all throughout Raleigh, working with the prestigious builders of Wake County. We look forward to continuing to contribute and grow throughout the state.
